6. The Unum 2002 Platinum plan is the disability plan option this year for Breckenridge ISD. 7. Mutual of Omaha term life: Employees enrolling in the plan as late entrants (adding plan or increasing benefit amounts) must complete evidence of insurability to be considered for coverage under this plan. 8. Basic Life insurance of $30,000 is provided by Breckenridge ISD and is employer paid for all qualified full-time employees.
